Dr. Sak was the former Director of the Digital Government Development Agency (DGA: Digital Government Agency) and the former Director of the Government Information Technology Services Office. Now, he is an advisor to the Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA), the Department of Local Administration, and the Parliament Artificial Intelligence Committee. Dr. Sak has promoted government and private agencies to do AI Digital Transformation to prepare for the era of business survival and quality and speed of government services. Dr. Witthaya graduated with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Chao Khun Thahan Ladkrabang, a Master's Degree in Engineering Management, and a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University, USA. He has expertise in Logistics and Supply Chain and has worked on system design projects such as Toll Collection Systems including M Flow, for the Department of Highways. He was head of the Logistics Research and Development Faculty and Supply Chain Management for the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion, the Department of Business Development, the Project Office of the Board of Investment, the Department of Primary Industries and Mines, and the Federation of Thai Industries. Currently, Dr. Wittaya is the Chairman of the Engineering Institute of Thailand's Smart City Standards Subcommittee and is an Associate Professor at King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Dr. Witthaya believes that AI can reduce the company's logistics costs and can be applied to Smart City, where each province will have local AI to serve the people.
Dr. Phamornphon (Tak) holds a bachelor's and master's degree from Imperial College, UK, and a doctorate from Stanford University, USA. He works in research. Dr. Wimalyn isthe Executive Chairman of Phoenix QC Company Limited (Thailand Head Office). She has experience in applying digital technology to business.
